Two focused services, each integrated with the iWellness clinical workflow.

Pharmacy

Located inside the iWellness Main Building. After your clinical visit, your prescription is sent directly to our pharmacist — no separate paper trip across town.

Common prescription medications stocked on-site
Specialty medications can be ordered (usually 1-3 business days)
Refills tracked through your iWellness chart
Pricing in DOP (Dominican pesos); cash and major cards accepted
Insurance coordination if applicable to your plan

Clinical Laboratory

Located in its own building on the iWellness campus. Blood draws, urinalysis, and routine clinical pathology — most results back same-day or next-day.

Routine blood work (CBC, CMP, lipid panel, A1c, etc.)
Urinalysis and basic microbiology
Pregnancy and hormone testing
Pre-employment and pre-procedure clearance panels
Results delivered to iWellness clinicians and shared with you directly
Specialty panels can be sent to reference labs when needed

Billing & payment

We accept cash (DOP), major credit/debit cards, and can coordinate with most international insurance plans. For VA Foreign Medical Program patients, lab and pharmacy services performed in support of your service-connected care are typically covered — we handle that paperwork with iWellness.
