LabRx operates in the Main Building of the iWellness campus in Santiago. No separate appointment is required if you're already there for a clinical visit.

- Can my provider send my prescription directly to LabRx?
- Yes. Your iWellness clinician can send prescriptions and equipment orders directly to LabRx for faster, paperless processing.
- Do you do lab tests?
- No. Lab tests are done by iWellness Veterans Center on the same campus — ask your iWellness clinician.
- What medical equipment do you provide?
- The durable medical equipment your provider orders. Send us your order by WhatsApp or phone and we will confirm what we have.
- Do you accept the VA Foreign Medical Program?
- For care of your service-connected condition, medications and equipment prescribed for that care may be covered by the VA Foreign Medical Program. We give you the receipts VA asks for.
- How do I pay?
- Cash (Dominican pesos) and major credit/debit cards. We can also coordinate with most international insurance plans.
