LabRx operates on the iWellness campus in Santiago — the pharmacy is in the Main Building, the laboratory is in its own building on the same property. No separate appointment required if you're already there for a clinical visit.

- Yes. Your iWellness clinician can send prescriptions and lab orders directly to LabRx for faster, paperless processing.
- Do I need a separate appointment for lab work?
- No. If you're already at iWellness for a visit, you can have your blood drawn the same day — no separate appointment required.
- How soon are lab results available?
- Most routine results are back the same day or next day, delivered to your iWellness clinician and shared with you.
- Do you accept the VA Foreign Medical Program?
- For care related to your service-connected condition, lab and pharmacy services performed in support of that care are typically covered. We handle the paperwork with iWellness.
- How do I pay?
- Cash (Dominican pesos) and major credit/debit cards. We can also coordinate with most international insurance plans.
